Played for a short while and never stopped losing.. kept throwing me enormous bonuses. last two games I played I won the first one but should not have, and the last one I should have. Both games I saw another player with my same hand but either they didn't win it or I didn't.. no split pot. If I had kept playing I imagine all that they gave me would be stripped away.

I have been playing this for several years. Now, it shows I have nothing in my account to play. I had over 3 trillion in account before the game froze. When I try to get in the game now all boxes are blank. Please fix this. The problem with game freezing has been fixed. However now the screen is not centered & I cannot use the far right of the screen. So, I cannot receive the bonus points or increase bet size or go "all in."

Cannot load the app on my home pc, doesn't have full screen on my phone. Cannot sign in through Facebook. I wrote to the developers several times and they have NO CLUE what to tell me..THIS APP TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!! They even stopped answering me. TOTAL BS!!!!!! I can't get full screen on my mobile phone! How do I fix that?

Not that great, easy controls but size, organization, style is very boring. Plus so many ads will pop up begging for your money. If you lose all your chips it would take months to get them back because you would have to start from the lowest table. The only way to get them is paying their overpriced packages. Its a shame they are taking advantage of such a wonderful game.

The game is unplayable for me. There are bars on the right and left side of the screen cutting off that section of the game. I can't raise for example. I can see part of the raise button (I'm assuming it's the raise button at least) but I can't use it because it's covered up by that bar.

This app is good and it's very fun to play but can u fixed the login bug for me bcz I can't login to the game since yesterday as it says that I have disconnected from the game due to no internet connection (but I have connected to the wifi and it's smooth) and it tells me to retry it but when I tried that a few times, it's still the same. I also need u to fix fb avatar bug as when i login to my fb account, the profile picture didn't showed up.

I have enjoyed this one from the beginning . I do have 2 complaints. i love meeting the other players but, I've never been able to post my profile picture on here like I have on other games. I've asked for help but, i get nothing back . My 2nd complaint is when i loose, i like to see the hand that wins but, it is done so fast, im not always sure what the winning hand is. Sometimes im not sure the winning hand should have won. It's not that I doubt anyone its just so quick you can't be sure.

THIS APP IS TOO BIG FOR THE SCREEN OF MY PHONE, CAN'T SEE OTHER PARTS OF THE APP ( settings, raise, bet) Installed and re- installed same problem, Am I doing something wrong ????? It was fun. Now it freezes repeatedly while playing, during the initial loading, randomly during the game and anytime I receive a bonus it locks up for AT LEAST one hand. I haven't recieved an option to update and all in all it's gone from fun to frustrating.

This game was decent until my experience with the game yesterday morning, after which, I will NEVER, NEVER spend another dime with this company. There is absolutely NO REASON I lost over 125 billion credits within a 30 minute period except for the fact that the game is designed for the players to LOSE so that they MIGHT BUY more credits from them. It is ok to take advantage of the free credits, but as far as buying from them, take your money elsewhere.

The worst game ever. How is it possible a person can we 20 games back-to-back that's impossible. There are too many hackers on here bringing your people to take up chips away.. I understand it's free to play it should be competitive. I've read a lot of emails that was sent to you and I've even sent emails and your responses to every email basically the same. You've taking people's money and not giving them the right amount of chips and then did nothing to reimburse them. Make an improvement fast
